Trembling Reveries

A space under construction, Paris, June 2019

The exhibition tells about the figure of a teenage girl under metamorphosis. By reading a page of her diary, we can enter the dispersed thoughts of her day dreaming. She wonders about the world today, the climate change, the erosion of biodiversity, the protection of nature and the wilderness. We can sense her confusion as she sees nature as a mirror of herself, both unstable, mixed-up and afloat…

“I feels like a pilot without itinerary… Things are definitively changing, the idyllic postcard of a heavenly nature is trembling…”

During the opening a person was wearing a tailor-made look of the collection. This person was wandering around, naturally talking to visitors about her worries, and those related to the diary. The evening ended with a live music performance by Morgan Friedrich.

With torn grass,
She writes
HELL

Terroir, territory, pure danger
Chewed away by a hamster
The outline of her memory
A postcard, a frozen landscape

White Wild Wilderness

Enclose, protect, dominate
Domesticated, well bred, elevated

Above the ground
An Extraterrestrial
Overhanging
her bubble Her sphere
A climax, a bunker

In the denial of the real
She raves
Unplugged like a plastic bottle cap
Elle rêve
Detached like a soilless nomade
She raves

On the ground
The traces of a hanging breast disappear
There is no more grace which holds

Disunited, denatured, ill
A gardener kills a sorcerer’s apprentice
Do with
Deal With

A new relation
An non-automated control
